Q: Does this work well with a dial-up connection?
A: Yes, with the testing we have done. If the player
gets ahead of the download, the system will just pause
until it has downloaded enough material to play.
Q: Is v9 Art still Available?
A: Yes, Mastercam v9 Art training has now been included
at no additional charge with a Mastercam v9
subscription.
Q: If I learn Mastercam v9 will I be able to operate vX
or vX2?
A: No, there were many changes between the Mastercam v9
and the Mastercam vX software. We recommend that unless
you know you are only using the v9 software that you
subscribe to the most current version of our Mastercam
training that coordinates with the most current version
of the software.
Q: Will more material be added to the Mastercam v9
courseware?
A: No, the only courseware that will be updated or added
to is the courseware to the most recent version of the
software.
