You can not change your Username (it should be your email address), however you can change your password by logging into your account and selecting "Account Information" in the menu to the left, and checking the "Change Password" box below your email address. 17. I've logged into my subscription but receive an "Access Denied" message when I try to view the videos?
An access denied message indicates one of two things: (1) you are either not currently logged into the website or (2) your account does not currently have an active subscription to this courseware. Make sure that your session has not timed out. If you are logged in and not active on the site for 30 minutes the system will log you out. Try logging in again and if the problem continues check to make sure that all of the Pop-Up Blockers on your computer are turned off.
