What is Streamingteacher?

Streamingteacher, Inc. is a privately owned Oregon based company, which provides secure web based delivery of Streaming A/V courseware for training purposes.  Streamingteacher builds and maintains the streamingteacher website and handles the subscription-based purchasing of the Channel Partners Courseware.  Monthly or Quarterly reports are generated based on a given channels subscription purchases and Streamingteacher issues funds to the Channel Partner.  All aspects of the merchant accounts and ecommerce gateway are managed by Streamingteacher allowing the channel partner to focus on their goal of delivering quality training via the web.

Channel Partner's Duties

A "Channel Partner" is a company with courseware hosted on Streamingteacher.com.  The Channel Partner creates and maintains their Courseware. They provide the selection, maintenance and updating of their respective material.  Ultimately, they will also determine their own pricing structure but Streamingteacher may offer to help determine the right pricing for their subscriptions.

• Build the Audio/Video Segments as per Streaming Teacher's specifications

• Add additional material and/or revise as necessary

• Response to customer feedback, via streamingteacher-provided email address

• Channel Promotion and Advertising

• Phone Support for courseware-specific problems

Ownership of Material

Each Channel Partner retains ownership of their material.  Streamingteacher will provide a digital Watermark to the necessary A/V files.  The original Source files will not be located on the public site and will not be modified unless the Channel Partner specifically requests it.

Channel Partner Payment Structure

Streamingteacher will generate sales reports based on each channel's subscription base.  This report will be generated monthly.  The report and a Streamingteacher check will be sent to the channel partner for a percentage of the revenues generated by their courseware subscriptions.
