Streamingteacher is optimized for
1024x768 video resolution. To change your display
resolution, right-click on the Windows desktop and
select properties, click the settings tab and move the
screen resolution slider to 1024x768 then hit apply.
The screen should flicker and ask you if you want to
keep these settings. You can view the courseware
material at a higher resolution than 1024x768 but at a lower
resolution the video player bar (bottom of the video)
will not be visible. You will have to scroll the
video window down to access the player bar.
Often times you may experience
problems when your browser cache has not be cleared for
a while. You can try clearing your browser cache as a
first step towards troubleshooting any technical issues
you may be experiencing while navigating the site.
Instructions for IE 6.0: Go to
Start > Control Panel. Double-click the Internet
Options icon. On the General tab left-click on Delete
Files. You can check the "Delete offline content"
checkbox to completely remove all files from the browser
cache. Choose OK to delete the files.

video not playing after you click on the View Segment
